Data Retention

Except as otherwise permitted or required by law, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, as required to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or as necessary to resolve disputes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider our statutory obligations, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means.

Where we maintain or use de-identified information, we will continue to maintain and use that information only in a de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information, including in cases where you have exercised one or more of your rights below.

Rights of California Residents

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information, including the following:

Right to Know

You have the right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and shared about you, including (i) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (ii) the categories of personal information we have collected about you, (iii) the categories of sources from which we collect information about you; (iv) the business or commercial purposes for which we collect information about you, and (v) the categories of third-parties with whom we share or have shared personal information about you. You have the right to access your personal information in a portable, and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format but no more than twice in a twelve (12) month period.

Right to Correct

You have the right to correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we and our services providers delete personal information that we have collected from you. We will endeavor to fulfill any verifiable requests for deletion, unless an exception under the CCPA applies.

Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of the processing of your personal information or sharing of your personal information, including for purposes of targeted advertising.

Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to be discriminated against if you exercise your rights under California law. Unless otherwise permitted, we will not (i) deny you good or services, (ii) charge you a different price or rates for good or services, or (iii) provide you a different level of quality of good or services.

Exercising Your Rights

California residents may make a rights request by: (i) visiting the following link Contact Us or (ii) by calling us at +1 401 398 2307. When you or your authorized agent exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you to provide us with additional information such as your name, email address, mailing address, and/or order numbers of previous orders of our products or services.

We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. Once we receive a verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision.

We will endeavor to honor such requests unless such request conflicts with certain lawful exemptions under California or other Federal and State laws.
