Isolated IEPE® and Low-Voltage data acquisition

SIGNAL CONDITIONING WITH SIMULTANEOUS SAMPLING
Each channel is equipped with its own ADC and allows simultaneous and synchronous sampling for each individual input channel.

Compatibility: The high-speed DEWE3 systems support both, TRION3 and TRION modules. The DEWE2 systems only support TRION modules.

Isolated low-voltage and IEPE® inputs
The TRION3-24xx-ACC/LV modules are faster than any other similar modules on the market.

Onboard filtering and signal processing
To provide excellent signal to noise ratio and aliasing free data, the module is equipped with:
- Analog anti-aliasing filter
- Advanced anti-aliasing filter for Sigma-delta style filtering
- Precise lowpass filter with Bessel and Butterworth characteristic up to 10th order with freely programmable cutoff frequency
- Automatic filter delay compensation
- AC-coupling freely programmable (0.16 Hz to 100 Hz)

Advanced anti-aliasing filter
The TRION3-24xx-ACC/LV series features an additional anti-aliasing filter. This digital filter is very sharp. Also, in comparison with legacy sigma delta converters, it is 4 times steeper. The filter is optimized for blocking any signal components above the Nyquist frequency in oversampling mode. Therefore, the Passband ends at 0.4 times the sample rate in order to achieve 90 dB attenuation at the Nyquist frequency.
Sensor Status Detection
The TRION3-24xx-ACC/LV provides advanced sensor fault detection features. In IEPE® mode, the LED on the front panel indicates the sensor states such as if the sensor is detected, broken, in normal condition, in short circuit or if the input is overloaded. In voltage mode, the LED shows if the input signal is within range or if it is overloaded. This information is also available in OXYGEN to immediately notify you in case of malfunction.
