Our headquarters in the United States was incorporated on January 1, 1998 in Rhode Island as a supplier of data acquisition measuring systems. Inside this 8,000 sq ft facility we offer a training room, a soldering room for cable manufacturing and module repair, an assembly room to build systems, a service repair area, and a state-of-the-art calibration lab. The quality department does not allow our products to be shipped to our customers without running through a strict quality check phase. By doing that, we can assure that all our products fulfil customer requirements in a reliable way over a long period of time. Our complete customer care team provides you with assistance whenever service is required.
Mr. Steve DiPalma, brings ten years of customer service, operations management, and business development experience to DEWETRON. Since joining DEWETRON in 2011, he has spent time building his product knowledge in the service, production and order process departments. Prior to joining DEWETRON, Mr. DiPalma was the operations manager of DR Medical LLC in Attleboro and had worked for Ocean State Harley Davidson of Warwick, RI. He also served in the United States Air Force with a portion of that time working with Security Forces.
Steve’s work and personal time is very busy, but he does manage to find time to spend with his family. He is proud to be called husband and father to two kids.
Customer Care Manager, USA
Joseph joined DEWETRON in 2006 with an Associates Degree in Computer Science from New England Tech in 2003. Joseph comes to DEWETORN with years of customer service. Since 2006, He built and serviced DEWETRON products, calibrated countless systems and devices as well as managed our Quality Assurance team. He can apply his vast technical knowledge to the Customer Care Center as the USA CCC Manager. He has increased his knowledge by becoming Certified in Total Quality Management.
When Joseph is not handling our customer, service needs he enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs.
Customer Care Team Leader Order Processing
Courtney joined DEWETRON in 2018 bringing logistics and administrative experience to the position. Courtney is a native Rhode Islander who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of Rhode Island. While earning her degree she dedicated her time playing on the Division One URI Field Hockey team where she earned a position on the Rhode Island First Team All-State Title due to her hard work.
In her spare time, she enjoys regular workouts, cooking, and can often be found at the beach with her friends. Courtney also enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with their dog.
Customer Care Coordinator
Kerri joined DEWETRON in 2020 bringing over fifteen years of Customer Service experience to the position. She gained a vast amount of experience working in various areas of AAA.
Kerri has worked in the AAA call center, travel services division and loan processing center which helped her not only gain customer service knowledge but also better her organizational skills and experience of how to handle confidential information. Kerri has lived her entire life growing up in Rhode Island.
When Kerri is not working, she enjoys being a mom to her 3 kids, reading a good book and enjoying nature with her kids and family dog.
Customer Care Coordinator
Jessica joined Dewetron in 2021 with experience in customer service and office administration. Jessica is originally from Alaska and was a Licensed Personal Lines, Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent before coming to Dewetron.
In her spare time, she loves traveling and going to the beach as often as she can, reading fantasy fiction and mystery novels, creating arts and crafts, cooking and playing the clarinet.
Customer Care Support Specialist
Corey joined DEWETRON in 2013 following a tour of duty in Iraq with the United States Army. He holds both an Associates and bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. As a Service & Application Engineer, Corey conducts training both remotely and on-site, answers general support for hardware, software and application questions, repairs systems and is the go-to person for all questions and comments related to our OXYGEN™ and OXYGEN™ Power software.

Aaron joined DEWETRON in 2020 bringing electronic repair experience to the team. Prior to working at Dewetron, he held the manager position for 6 years at an electronic repair shop called Buycellfix.
When Aaron is not servicing DEWETRON products he enjoys exploring nature, building computers, and working on his car.
Customer Care Metrologist
Dennis joined DEWETRON in 2009 and again in 2020 as a Calibration Technician. He began his electronic education and calibration career with the US Navy. He has been meticulously calibrating precision measurement systems for over forty-five years. DEWETRON has benefited from his expertise and Degree in Electrical Engineering since 2009. Dennis is proud to be called husband and father.
Customer Care Quality Check & Documentation
John joined DEWETRON in March 2021 bringing some business management & documentation knowledge to the team. John has grown up in Charlestown, Rhode Island most of his life. John attended his local Chariho High School before attended New England Institute of Technology, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Before becoming a member of the Dewetron team, he worked in customer service and was a Tax Analyst for KPMG International in Providence, Rhode Island.
During John’s spare time, he like to play baseball, basketball, throw the football around, play disc golf and hangout with his son, friends, and family.
Finance Specialist / Human Resources
Julie joined DEWETRON in January 2017 with more than thirty years of experience in the finance field. Julie keeps the Finance department running smooth and efficient. While she works on the financial aspects of DEWETRON, she also stays on top of all the critical Human Resource needs.
Julie does enjoy her free time outside of the office. During this time, she plays with her dog and spends time with her family. She is a mother of two and grandmother to three kids.
Western Territory Manager
Mike joined DEWETRON in February of 2017 bringing with him more than twenty years knowledge in the Test & Measurement Industry. Prior to joining DEWETRON, Mike worked as a manufacturer’s representative in the Midwest representing companies offering sensor and instrumentation technology. He has supported a variety of customer in the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Heavy Off-Road Equipment markets. Mike is proud to provide complete test and measurement solutions that meet the demanding applications of the real world and building long term relationships with customers and manufacturers’ representatives. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing golf and watching NASCAR.
Eastern Territory Manager
Rich joined DEWETRON in 2013 bringing more than thirty years of technical expertise and experience selling and marketing data acquisition products in the US markets. Rich is a customer oriented, results driven Sales Manager leading both direct and indirect sales teams and focusing on creating strong customer relations to achieve sales goals. He continually provides a concentrated business review and prioritization of sales activities.
In his free time Rich gardens and drinks craft beer, preferring the hoppy IPAs.
South East Territory Sales Engineer
Larry joined DEWETRON in 2017 bringing more than thirty years of experience with testing and data acquisition through the integration of test instruments in the lab and on the road. Beginning his career at the GM Milford Proving Ground performing Road Data Acquisition, Larry was instrumental in setting up the Saturn ‘Loads Data Base’. He has a long history of involvement with testing and data acquisition from both the OEM and supplier sides of the business and understands the importance of data acquisition and analysis to product design, development, and validation. Larry believes his success is inextricable linked to the success of his clients.
When he is not on the road or working from his home office, Larry’s hobbies include, motorcycling, home remodeling and spending time with family and friends.
North East Territory Sales Engineer
Chris joined DEWETRON in 2018 bringing some inside and outside sales experience to the position after doing a year of sales for All Market Systems. Chris started as an inside sales contact and has expanded his role to include Sales Engineer for the New England Region. He graduated from Suffolk University in 2018 with a degree an Associated Degree in Criminal Justice.
When Chris is not selling DEWETRON products he likes to work on cars and play sports. He also enjoys training in martial arts.
North Central Sales Engineer
Dave joined DEWETRON in 2019 bringing more than twenty-five years of technical experience to the DEWETRON sales team.
Dave served in the US Navy where he received his introduction to electronics as a sonar technician tracking sub activity is the Pacific. After the Navy went into sales covering the upper mid-west. Dave has spent most of his sales career supporting high-speed digitizing systems, specializing in power analysis applications.
Dave is a technologist, and he enjoys learning about customer applications and assisting in providing the best possible solution. He is a ham radio guy, and like all radio guys he supplies a lot of creativity when seeking the solution.
