Our headquarters in the United States was incorporated on January 1, 1998 in Rhode Island as a supplier of data acquisition measuring systems. Inside this 8,000 sq ft facility we offer a training room, a soldering room for cable manufacturing and module repair, an assembly room to build systems, a service repair area, and a state-of-the-art calibration lab. The quality department does not allow our products to be shipped to our customers without running through a strict quality check phase. By doing that, we can assure that all our products fulfil customer requirements in a reliable way over a long period of time. President and Chief Sales Officer – North America
Brandon has 28 years of experience in the transducer and instrumentation industry. He has been around the block and understands what customers need and want for measurement challenges. Now we are proud to have him in our DEWETRON Inc. team since 2022. Brandon has a BSEE degree with a tinkerer mindset. Though he is now our US sales leader, he works on vintage radios, clocks and watches. He started his career hands-on as an Applications Engineer for MEMS accelerometers. Now as a leader at DEWETRON North America, he pulls on his extensive experience to support our amazing team of sales and operations professionals with passion, energy and enthusiasm.
Operations Manager
Albon is the Operations Manager in the DEWETRON team with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Economics/Business since 2022. He is a well-experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and data center manufacturing industry. Albon formerly worked as a Sr. Project Manager, where he oversaw project execution and completion, as well as developing and refining processes within his team. Now he supports DEWETRON with his strong program and project management skills as well as extraordinary skills in Microsoft Office.
Customer Care Manager
Joseph joined DEWETRON in 2006 with an Associates Degree in Computer Science from New England Tech in 2003. Joseph comes to DEWETORN with years of customer service. Since 2006, he built and serviced DEWETRON products, calibrated countless systems and devices as well as managed our Quality Assurance team. He can apply his vast technical knowledge to the Customer Care Center as the USA CCC Manager. He has increased his knowledge by becoming Certified in Total Quality Management.
When Joseph is not handling our customer, service needs he enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs.
Customer Care Team Leader Order Processing
Courtney joined DEWETRON in 2018 bringing logistics and administrative experience to the position. Courtney is a native Rhode Islander who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of Rhode Island. While earning her degree she dedicated her time playing on the Division One URI Field Hockey team where she earned a position on the Rhode Island First Team All-State Title due to her hard work.
In her spare time, she enjoys regular workouts, cooking, and can often be found at the beach with her friends. Courtney also enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with their dog.
Customer Support Engineer
Christophe joined DEWETRON back in December of 2021 with a strong technical background and work experience he’s garnered after 6 years of working in a manufacturing environment prior.
Before working at DEWETRON Christophe was an Electronics Repair Technician for Aerospace equipment and handled documentations at AstroNova. In his free time Christophe enjoys picking up new hobbies, doing photography, reading, and trying out different desserts.
Customer Support Engineer
George joined DEWETRON in April 2023 with a strong technical background in power electronics, product development, and customer support. He earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Rhode Island and has more than 30 years industry experience. George has 23 US patents and has presented at numerous technical conferences including APEC (Applied Power Electronics Conference) and PCIM (Power Control and Intelligent Motion). In his free time George enjoys cooking, gardening, and golf but his passion is windsurfing.
Customer Care Coordinator
Erin joined DEWETRON in 2022 with extensive customer service experience and office administration background. Erin has a background in Nursing home and Elderly care.
Erin is a born and raised Rhode Islander who graduated from CCRI with a general studies degree. With an interest in New England history, she enjoys visiting local historical landmarks. She also enjoys watching movies, arts and crafts, gardening, and spending time with her husband and son.
Customer Care Coordinator
Christina joined DEWETRON in 2022. In her last position as a Client Services, Christina’s role was to support the Financial Advisors with any administrative needs. Christina spent the last thirteen years raising four children on their family farm. When she isn’t servicing our customers, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, camping, volunteering and generally spending quality time with family and friends.
Customer Care Metrologist
Dennis joined DEWETRON in 2009 and again in 2020 as a Calibration Technician. He began his electronic education and calibration career with the US Navy. He has been meticulously calibrating precision measurement systems for over forty-five years. DEWETRON has benefited from his expertise and Degree in Electrical Engineering since 2009. Dennis is proud to be called husband and father.
Customer Care Metrologist
Mike joined DEWETRON in 2023 as a Calibration Technician. He brings 25 years of calibration experience in a wide variety of calibration disciplines such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Industrial Electrical, Temperature, and Pressure.
Customer Care Service Technician
Justin joined DEWETRON in 2021, as a shipping and receiving coordinator. Justin studied Network Technology, and Programming at CCRI.
Justin brings with him technical knowledge and expertise, which resulted in him moving to the Service technician role. When Justin is not at DEWETRON, he likes to skateboard, play video games, and hang out with his friends.
Finance Specialist / Human Resources
Julie joined DEWETRON in January 2017 with more than thirty years of experience in the finance field. Julie keeps the Finance department running smooth and efficient. While she works on the financial aspects of DEWETRON, she also stays on top of all the critical Human Resource needs.
Julie does enjoy her free time outside of the office. During this time, she plays with her dog and spends time with her family. She is a mother of two and grandmother to three kids.
Western Territory Manager
Mike joined DEWETRON in February of 2017 bringing with him more than twenty years knowledge in the Test & Measurement Industry. Prior to joining DEWETRON, Mike worked as a manufacturer’s representative in the Midwest representing companies offering sensor and instrumentation technology. He has supported a variety of customer in the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Heavy Off-Road Equipment markets. Mike is proud to provide complete test and measurement solutions that meet the demanding applications of the real world and building long-term relationships with customers and manufacturers’ representatives. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing golf and watching NASCAR.
South East Territory Sales Manager
Jeremy joined DEWETRON in March 2023 after spending the past 10 years providing high-accuracy capital equipment solutions for the dimensional metrology market. Jeremy loves helping customers find unique solutions to difficult problems through techniques he acquired while employed at Lockheed Martin, Nissan, Toyota, and Mitutoyo. He attributes his success in sales over the past 17 years to customer relationships, great application engineers, and fantastic supportive staff. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2001 from the Bagley College of Engineering at Mississippi State University (Hail State!) In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys Scuba Diving, competition BBQ, watching Mississippi State Baseball, and traveling with his family.
NothEast Territory Sales Manager
Corey joined DEWETRON in 2013 following a tour of duty in Iraq with the United States Army. He holds both and Associates and Bachelor’s degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology.
