New chapter, bold Vision: DEWETRON joins forces with Anritsu Group

New Owner Paves the Way for Global Growth and Technological Leadership

Grambach, October 2025 – a great milestone in DEWETRON’s history has been reached: As of October 21, 2025, DEWETRON is officially part of the globally renowned Anritsu Group. With the successful completion of the share transfer from TKH Group, DEWETRON now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anritsu – marking the beginning of an exciting new era.

From a strong foundation to a bold future

“For the past decade, under the ownership of TKH Group, we have built DEWETRON into a globally recognized leader in data acquisition technology – launching innovative products and expanding into new markets,” says Christoph Wiedner, CEO of DEWETRON. “It is now time for us to take a next step, and with Anritsu as our new owner, we are ready to accelerate even further. Anritsu is a strategic partner who shares our vision and passion for innovation, global impact, and technical excellence. Together, we will tap into new market potential – especially in Asia and the rapidly evolving filed of battery and vehicle testing.”

Global synergies, shared vision

Also, Anritsu’s CEO, Hirokazu Hamada, expresses great enthusiasm for the joint future: “Welcoming DEWETRON into the Anritsu Group, strengthens our technological ecosystem significantly. Together with Takasago Ltd.’s expertise in high-capacity power supplies and charge-discharge systems, and our measurement division’s capabilities in building advanced test systems, DEWETRON brings essential synergies that will help us drive innovation and contribute meaningfully to a carbon-neutral future.”

Stronger Together: Market Leadership as the Goal

Both companies pursue a clear common goal to use synergies, working on great and innovative products and projects and becoming the global market leader in the field of test and measurement.
To achieve their ambitious growth targets, DEWETRON is committed to further strengthening its headquarters in Graz – particularly by expanding resources in Research & Development, but also across other strategic areas. This investment ensures that Grambach will remain the innovation hub and driving force behind DEWETRON’s global success.
