As a result, the company’s own PAK family, which comprises modules for the acquisition, analysis and management of dynamic data, can be perfectly integrated into any workflow. The PAK family has a great reputation in the automotive and aircraft industries, as well as in the entire mechanical engineering sector.
A central part of the PAK family is the PAK cloud. It forms the basis of networked and decentralized data evaluation and storage. The PAK cloud offers you all the basic functions of a cloud, and much more. Storing, streaming and archiving measurement data are among the basic functions. In addition, the PAK cloud also allows you to evaluate and graphically display data using the in-house MBBM-VAS software. If you use multiple sensors or devices from different manufacturers, the PAK cloud provides a central location to merge this data and discover correlations. Users thus benefit from a holistic access to all systems and tools they need.

DEWETRON’s unique measurement hardware and software
DEWETRON is a manufacturer of modular and highly accurate measurement systems. Our DAQ systems are perfectly suited for a wide range of applications in the automotive, aerospace and energy sectors. But even beyond that there are hardly any limits. Due to the versatile design of our DEWE3 systems you can perfectly adapt them to all your needs.
The basis of this modularity are our interchangeable TRION(3) DAQ boards. No matter whether you want to perform NVH, e-power or simple voltage measurements – we have the right DAQ board for every application.
But what would the best measurement hardware be without measurement software that evaluates and clearly displays the data? This is exactly why we offer you our own OXYGEN software, a competent solution for data evaluation and analysis that is optimized for simplicity. A variety of evaluation tools are available to you, ranging from FFT and statistical analysis to the creation of CPB plots and performance maps.
A unique cooperation
Our goal has always been to make measurement technology as intuitive and simple as possible without limiting function. The cooperation between Müller-BBM VibroAkustik Systeme and DEWETRON has brought us one step closer to this goal.
Tailored to e-motor development, our collaboration enables you to create an integrated environment for testing and evaluating e-NVH and e-power data. The basis of our concept is the linking of the PAK cloud with the OXYGEN software. This allows you to connect your measurement data from DEWETRON’s measurement systems with NVH data from other sources.
In the following example, you can see how this transforms your formerly isolated measurement system into a comprehensive, interconnected and decentralized measurement setup:
- In the first step, you can attach a wide variety of sensors to your device under test. These sensors then collect electrical or NVH data.
- DEWETRON’s measurement systems can now read out and process the data from these sensors. The OXYGEN software with its advanced power features plays an important role in this process.
- OXYGEN now transfers the data, such as e-power data, to the PAK cloud. There they are available together with all other measurement data.
- Afterwards, you can still use the online analysis functions of the PAK cloud. This allows you to identify correlations between your data in a clearly presented way.
Example for the integration of the PAK cloud into DEWETRON systems
As you can see, the cooperation of MBBM-VAS and DEWETRON allows you to correlate e-power variables such as power and efficiency values of e-motors directly with NVH data such as vibrations or noise. In this extended context it is much easier for you to tune the control of your e-motor directly at the test bench. In the described simplicity and precision, this is unique in the industry.
