Depending on the configuration, a single system can measure up to 128 signals simultaneously. Additionally, our systems are compatible with a wide range of sensors, enabling measurements of various signal types: including current, voltage, temperature, vibration, and more.<\/p>\n<p>However, certain applications require even more channels than a single system can provide. Therefore, to easily expand your data acquisition system we offer several different solutions tailored to diverse applications. In the following sections, we will have a closer look at our different solutions and highlight their key facts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Our channel expansion possibilities for your DEWETRON DAQ system<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>XR modules \u2013 low-speed channel expansions<\/h3>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/dewetron.moma.conversory.net\/products\/signal-conditioning\/low-speed-xr-modules\/\">XR modules<\/a> are designed for low-speed data acquisition tasks with sample rates up to 200 S\/s. They come in four variants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>XR-V8: for nondynamic voltage measurements.<\/li>\n<li>XR- LA8: for current measurements and loop-powered sensors.<\/li>\n<li>XR-TH8-S: for temperature measurements via various types of thermocouples.<\/li>\n<li>XR-RTD8: for temperature measurements via resistance temperature detectors (RTDs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each XR module features 8 isolated input channels, ensuring accurate and interference-free data acquisition. Built to withstand harsh environments, these rugged devices ensure reliable operation even in demanding field conditions with temperatures ranging from -40\u00b0C to +85 \u00b0C. It connects seamlessly via Ethernet or USB 3.0 to any DEWE2\/3 device or additional TRIONet3 units.<\/p>\n<p>The integrated TRION-SYNC-BUS ensures precise, synchronized data acquisition across the entire system.
