kS\/s\u306e\u51fa\u529b\u30ec\u30fc\u30c8\u3068\u3001\u6a19\u6e962 ms\uff08\u6700\u59274 ms\uff09\u306eI\/O\u9045\u5ef6\u3092\u5b9f\u73fe\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\n\u307e\u305f\u3001OXYGEN\u306e\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u3092EtherCAT
