Dieses Plug-in-und-Mess-Konzept erm\u00f6glicht es Ihnen, Ihr Setup schnell anzupassen, Module unkompliziert auszutauschen und Ihr Messsystem ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Aufwand zu skalieren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Was sind die TRION3-24xx-ACC\/LV-Module?<\/h3>\n<p>Beide Module \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/de\/produkte\/messverstaerker\/acc-lv-module\/\">TRION3-24xx-ACC und TRION3-24xx-LV<\/a> \u2013 verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber sechs vollst\u00e4ndig isolierte analoge Eingangskan\u00e4le mit BNC-Anschl\u00fcssen. Jeder Kanal ist mit einem eigenen 24-Bit-ADC ausgestattet und erm\u00f6glicht echte simultane sowie synchrone Abtastung \u00fcber alle Eing\u00e4nge hinweg. Mit Abtastraten von bis zu 2 MS\/s pro Kanal eignen sich die Module ideal f\u00fcr dynamische und hochfrequente Signalaufnahmen.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur klassischen analogen Signalerfassung kann Kanal 1 jedes Moduls optional, als Z\u00e4hlereingang konfiguriert werden. Damit sind Signalbandbreiten von bis zu 1 MHz m\u00f6glich \u2013 bei einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich niedrigen Rauschboden von unter \u2013160 dB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/02\/noisefloor.png\" width=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Abb. 2: Vergleich des Rauschbodens im 5-V-Bereich bei 10 kS\/s<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Optimiertes Filterkonzept<\/h5>\n<p>Zur Sicherstellung maximaler Signalintegrit\u00e4t nutzen die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/de\/produkte\/messverstaerker\/acc-lv-module\/\">TRION3-24xx-ACC\/LV-Module<\/a> eine Kombination aus analogen und digitalen Filterstufen. Zun\u00e4chst wird vor der A\/D-Wandlung ein programmierbarer analoger Filter eingesetzt. Dieser reduziert Aliasanteile direkt im analogen Frontend und sch\u00fctzt den ADC vor unerw\u00fcnschten hochfrequenten Signalanteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Digitalisierung steht optional ein erweiterter Anti-Aliasing-Filter (AAF) zur Verf\u00fcgung. Dieser digitale FIR-Filter ist deutlich steiler als in fr\u00fcheren Generationen \u2013 etwa viermal sch\u00e4rfer. Das Durchlassband endet bei 0,4 \u00d7 der gew\u00e4hlten Abtastrate, wodurch eine D\u00e4mpfung von 90 dB an der Nyquist-Frequenz erreicht wird. Dieser l\u00e4sst sich als Bessel- oder Butterworth-Charakteristik mit bis zu 10. Ordnung konfigurieren, sodass Anwender Phasenlinearit\u00e4t oder Amplitudenverlauf optimal auf ihre Anwendung abstimmen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Flexible Konfiguration in OXYGEN<\/h5>\n<p>Beide digitalen Filter \u2013 der erweiterte AAF sowie der optionale IIR-Tiefpassfilter \u2013 lassen sich direkt in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/de\/produkte\/software\/oxygen-uebersicht\/\">OXYGEN<\/a> individuell aktivieren, deaktivieren und konfigurieren. Zudem kann jede durch digitale Filterung entstehende Verz\u00f6gerung innerhalb der Messsoftware kompensiert werden. Jeder Eingang nutzt eine integrierte, hochpr\u00e4zise interne DC-Referenzquelle, um s\u00e4mtliche ADC-Messbereiche zu validieren. Dabei werden Gain- und Offset-Werte automatisch mit den Spezifikationsgrenzen abgeglichen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses automatisierte Verfahren erm\u00f6glicht eine schnelle \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Moduls ohne externes Kalibrierequipment \u2013 ideal f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tssicherung, Systemtests vor kritischen Messungen sowie regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Wartungspr\u00fcfungen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>ACC vs. LV \u2013 Wo liegt der Unterschied?<\/h3>\n<p>Beide Module, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/de\/produkte\/messverstaerker\/acc-lv-module\/\">TRION3-24xx-ACC und TRION3-24xx-LV<\/a>, basieren auf derselben Systemarchitektur \u2013 inklusive ADC-Performance, Filterkonzept und Isolation. Der Unterschied liegt in der Optimierung f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Einsatzbereich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TRION3-24xx-LV: optimiert f\u00fcr pr\u00e4zise Niederspannungssignale.
