Sie k\u00f6nnen in vielen verschiedenen Anwendungsbereichen n\u00fctzlich sein und \u00fcberzeugen vor allem durch eine relativ leichte Handhabung. Doch haben Sie sich schon jemals gefragt, wie eine K\u00f6rperwaage \u00fcberhaupt Ihr Gewicht bestimmen kann? M\u00f6glich wird dies durch Kraftsensoren, zu welchen unter anderem Dehnmessstreifen geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>DMS bestehen meist aus d\u00fcnnen Schichten eines leitenden Materials. Beansprucht man einen DMS z.B. durch Dehnung, \u00e4ndert sich dessen Widerstand und Leitf\u00e4higkeit. Genau diese Eigenschaft kann man zur Messung von Kr\u00e4ften verwenden, welche sich in verschiedensten Formen \u00e4u\u00dfern k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ufig kommen Dehnmessstreifen in Waagen zum Einsatz. Dies k\u00f6nnen aber nicht nur herk\u00f6mmliche K\u00fcchen- oder K\u00f6rperwaagen sein, sondern auch spezielle Anwendungen wie Kranwaagen. Andere Prozesse, die zu einer Verformung des DMS f\u00fchren, k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls gemessen werden. Allen voran sind dies materialspezifische Eigenschaften. Dabei wird der Dehnmessstreifen mittels eines speziellen Klebers an einen Festk\u00f6rper angebracht. Dehnt sich dieser Festk\u00f6rper nun bei Beanspruchung aus oder wird gestaucht, \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt sich diese L\u00e4ngen\u00e4nderung auf den DMS und kann dadurch gemessen werden. H\u00e4ufig kommen DMS bei der Bestimmung von Elastizit\u00e4t und Festigkeit zum Einsatz. Aber sogar Schwingungen und Vibrationen von Festk\u00f6rpern k\u00f6nnen durch Dehnmessstreifen ermittelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Einsatzort von Dehnmessstreifen liegt in der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von Simulationsrechnungen. In der Ingenieurstechnik wird zur Simulation des Verformungsverhaltens von Materialien oft die sogenannten Finite-Elemente-Methode eingesetzt. Um zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob diese Simulationsmethode richtige Ergebnisse liefert, kommen h\u00e4ufig DMS zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-none\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Wie DMS funktionieren<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Dehnmessstreifen bestehen, wie erw\u00e4hnt, aus d\u00fcnnen Schichten eines leitenden Materials. Die Leitf\u00e4higkeit dieses Materials h\u00e4ngt dabei oft von L\u00e4nge und Querschnitt des verwendeten Stoffes ab. Ein kurzes und dickes St\u00fcck Kabel hat f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich einen geringeren Widerstand als ein langes und d\u00fcnnes Leitungskabel. Genau deshalb wird der gesamte Widerstand R eines Materials oft \u00fcber seinen spezifischen Widerstand angegeben:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27807 size-full\" title=\"formula\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/formula-e1645522368366.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nHierbei ist \u03c1 der spezifische Widerstand, l die L\u00e4nge und A die Querschnittsfl\u00e4che des Leiters.<br \/>\nBei einer Belastung des Dehnmessstreifen \u00e4ndern sich nun die L\u00e4nge l und der Querschnitt A des Leiters, und somit dessen Gesamtwiderstand R. Aufgrund dieser Widerstands\u00e4nderung kann man bestimmen, wie stark sich der DMS unter Belastung ausgedehnt hat und auch welche Kraft auf ihn wirkt.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28270 size-large\" title=\"DMS_d\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/DMS_d.jpg\" alt=\"Dehnmessstreifen\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Schematischer Aufbau eines Dehnmessstreifens<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nDehnmesstreifen k\u00f6nnen aus verschiedenen Materialien hergestellt werden. Halbleiter wie Silizium bieten dabei eine sehr hohe Empfindlichkeit des Sensors. Ein Nachteil solcher halbleiterbasierten-DMS ist die hohe Temperaturabh\u00e4ngigkeit des Materials. Schon wenige Zehntel Grad k\u00f6nnen zu einer deutlichen \u00c4nderung der Leitf\u00e4higkeit f\u00fchren \u2013 ohne dass eine Dehnung des Materials auftritt. Silizium-Dehnmessstreifen sind daher vor allem in Laboranwendungen von hohem Interesse.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz dazu gibt es auch Dehnmesstreifen, die auf metallischen Stoffen wie Konstantan basieren. Diese sind weniger temperaturempfindlich, weisen jedoch auch eine geringere Genauigkeit auf. Die relative Messungenauigkeit liegt bei Standard-DMS auf metallischer Basis bei ungef\u00e4hr 0.1 % bis 1 %.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr sehr spezielle Anwendungen gibt es noch weitere Arten von Dehnmesstreifen. Diese k\u00f6nnen auf optischen, induktiven oder kapazitiven Bauteilen basieren. So sind unter anderem Hochtemperatur-DMS erh\u00e4ltlich, die bis zu 1000 \u00b0C verl\u00e4ssliche Messwerte liefern.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n
