Denkt man beispielsweise an einen Elektromotor, fallen einem zuerst Gr\u00f6\u00dfen wie Strom und Spannung ein. F\u00fcr die Funktionsweise von Elektromotoren sind aber auch ganz andere Eigenschaften bedeutend: Wie schnell arbeitet der Motor? Welche Lautst\u00e4rke erzeugt er dabei? Entstehen Vibrationen? Dies sind alles mechanische Gr\u00f6\u00dfen, die man mittels der mechanischen Motoranalyse zu beobachten versucht.<\/p>\n<p>Anwendung findet die mechanische Motoranalyse naheliegenderweise in der Automobilbranche. Mechanische Eigenschaften von Motoren sind aber auch in anderen Branchen von Bedeutung, z.B. beim Betreiben eines Notstromaggregats. In vielen F\u00e4llen sind mechanische Kenngr\u00f6\u00dfen sogar wichtiger als elektrische, wie etwa beim Fliegen mit einem Propellerflugzeug.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Welche Gr\u00f6\u00dfen spielen eine Rolle?<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Auf was achten Sie beim Kauf eines Autos? F\u00fcr viele ist die Leistung oder sogar Geschwindigkeit des Autos ein entscheidender Faktor. Zur Bestimmung dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfen wird in der mechanischen Motoranalyse das Drehmoment und die Drehzahl bestimmt. In Abh\u00e4ngigkeit dieser beiden Eigenschaften l\u00e4sst sich nun auch die Leistung und Effizienz eines Motors berechnen.<\/p>\n<p>In der mechanischen Motoranalyse ist die Bestimmung des optimalen Arbeitspunktes ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Ein Motor kann bei sehr hohen oder niedrigen Drehzahlen oft Leistungsverluste aufweisen. Im Alltagsgebrauch eines Autos sollten diese Verluste aber m\u00f6glichst gering sein, denn sonst kann die Tankstellenrechnung hoch ausfallen. Die mechanische Motoranalyse kann nun in der Motorentwicklung dazu verwendet werden, den Leistungsverlust in typischen Bereichen zu minimieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer wichtiger Part in der mechanischen Motoranalyse ist die Entstehung von Vibrationen und Ger\u00e4uschen. Wie schon im Blogpost zu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/de\/news\/nvh-analyse\/\">NVH<\/a> erl\u00e4utert, wird durch Minimierung dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfen das Fahrgef\u00fchl verbessert. So kann die R\u00fcckgabe von bereits gekauften Modellen verringert werden. Aber durch Vibrationen besteht auch ein gewisses Gefahrenpotential. Ist die Vibration eines Motors zu stark, f\u00fchrt dies zur fr\u00fchzeitigen Alterung von Bauteilen. Trifft eine Vibration zus\u00e4tzlich auf eine Resonanzfrequenz, kann die Vibration derart verst\u00e4rkt werden, dass sogar w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt Bauteile nachgeben.
