Jahrhunderts wurden die ersten Kraftwerke gebaut, um die Bev\u00f6lkerung mit elektrischer Energie zu versorgen. Anlagen zur Energieerzeugung wurden im Laufe der Jahre immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer und leistungsst\u00e4rker. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es uns erst seit wenigen Jahren m\u00f6glich, das gr\u00f6\u00dfte uns zur Verf\u00fcgung stehende Kraftwerk direkt zu nutzen \u2013 die Sonne. Um dies zu erreichen, kommen Photovoltaikanlagen (PV-Anlage) zum Einsatz, welche Sonnenstrahlung in elektrische Energie umwandeln.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Funktionsprinzip einer Solarzelle<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Eine Photovoltaik ist eine Anlage zur Produktion von Strom aus Sonnenlicht und besteht aus verschiedensten Bauteilen, wobei das Herzst\u00fcck die Solarzellen darstellen. Sie sind f\u00fcr die Umwandlung des Lichts in elektrische Energie verantwortlich. Doch wie funktioniert eine solche Solarzelle?<\/p>\n<p>Nur wenige wissen, dass Albert Einstein seinen Nobelpreis im Jahr 1921 nicht f\u00fcr seine bekannte Relativit\u00e4tstheorie erhalten hat, sondern f\u00fcr die Entdeckung des <em>Photoelektrischen Effekts<\/em>. Genau dieser ist es, der die Umwandlung von Licht in Elektrizit\u00e4t erst erm\u00f6glicht. Der Photoelektrische Effekt besagt, dass Lichtteilchen mit ausreichender Energie, Elektronen aus einem Material herausschlagen k\u00f6nnen. Genau dies wird in PV-Anlagen ausgenutzt. Solarzellen bestehen aus speziell pr\u00e4parierten Halbleitern, welche dem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt werden.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-26571 size-medium aligncenter\" title=\"PV_deutsch\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/PV_deutsch-e1639725523747.jpg\" alt=\"photoelektrischer effekt\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Darstellung des Photoeffekts<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nHalbleiter haben die Eigenschaft, dass ihre Elektronen schwach an das Material gebunden sind. Somit reicht schon die Energie von Sonnenlicht dazu aus, Elektronen im Halbleiter freizusetzen. Diese Elektronen sorgen nun daf\u00fcr, dass ein elektrischer Strom flie\u00dft und eine elektrische Spannung entsteht. Eine typische Solarzelle hat eine Leerlaufspannung von ungef\u00e4hr 0,6 V. In der Praxis schlie\u00dft man mehrere Solarzellen in Reihe, wodurch die elektrische Spannung erh\u00f6ht wird. Dies nennt man dann ein Solarmodul, welches typische Spannungen von 38 V und Leistungen von 240 W bereitstellen kann.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Wirkungsgrad als entscheidender Faktor<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Eine typische Photovoltaikanlage in Privatanlagen hat einen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 25 %. Das bedeutet, 25 % der einfallenden Sonnenstrahlung wird in elektrische Energie umgewandelt. Auf den ersten Blick ist hier noch viel Luft nach oben. Und tats\u00e4chlich kann man deutlich h\u00f6here Wirkungsgrade erreichen, jedoch nur wenn man einen (meist deutlichen) Aufpreis zahlt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Grund daf\u00fcr sind die als Grundbaustein genutzten Halbleiter. Im privaten Bereich verwendete Solarzellen werden meist aus Silizium hergestellt. Da Silizium das zweith\u00e4ufigste Material in der Erdkruste darstellt, sind solche auf Silizium basierenden PV-Anlagen g\u00fcnstig. In der Raumfahrt, wo der Preis nur eine untergeordnete Rolle spielt, werden mehrschichtige Solarzellen verbaut. Diese bestehen aus mehreren Ebenen mit unterschiedlichen Halbleitern und k\u00f6nnen Wirkungsgrade von 30-40 % erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Ausrichtung und Neigung einer PV-Anlage hat Auswirkung auf ihre Energieproduktion. Eine Neigung von ungef\u00e4hr 30\u00b0 ist optimal, und eine Ausrichtung der Anlage gegen S\u00fcden kann die Energieausbeute deutlich erh\u00f6hen. Geht man von einer gew\u00f6hnlichen Photovoltaikanlagen mit 25 % Wirkungsgrad und j\u00e4hrlicher Produktion von 5000 kWh an Energie aus, f\u00fchrt eine Reduktion des Wirkungsgrades um nur 5 % zu Einbu\u00dfen von 1000 kWh. Umgerechnet sind dies bei einem Strompreis von 0,22 \u20ac\/kWh rund 220 \u20ac pro Jahr.
