Was k\u00f6nnte einem da schon die Laune verschlechtern? Genau! Die Klimaanlage des Autos gibt wieder einmal ein nerviges Quieken von sich und die Fahrzeugger\u00e4usche auf der Autobahn sind derart laut, dass man den Radio nicht mehr h\u00f6ren kann. Genau das bezeichnet man als NVH (Noise-Vibration-Harshness\/Ger\u00e4usch-Vibration-Rauigkeit).<\/p>\n<p>NVH spielt in verschiedenen Bereichen eine wichtige Rolle. So kann man Reklamationen von Autos merkbar verringern, wenn sie ein gutes NVH-Verhalten aufweisen. Auch bei Windr\u00e4dern, Flugzeugen oder sogar Geschirrsp\u00fclern ist es wichtig, dass sie so wenig wahrnehmbare Ger\u00e4usche und Vibrationen wie m\u00f6glich verursachen. Schlie\u00dflich will niemand stundenlang in einem stark vibrierenden Auto sitzen oder beim Vorbeispazieren an Windr\u00e4dern ein unangenehmes Quietschen h\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Der Begriff Harshness (Deutsch: Rauigkeit) bezeichnet dabei vor allem das subjektive Empfinden. W\u00e4hrend Vibrationen und Ger\u00e4uschbelastung durch Messger\u00e4te gemessen werden k\u00f6nnen, wird die Harshness oft durch die Aussagen von Personen ermittelt.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Ursachen und Vermeidung<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Die Ursachen f\u00fcr h\u00f6r- bzw. sp\u00fcrbare Schwingungen sind vielf\u00e4ltig. Bei Autos sind vor allem Antriebsstrang, Reifen und Motor f\u00fcr unerw\u00fcnschte Emissionen verantwortlich. Bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten k\u00f6nnen aber auch Windger\u00e4usche \u00fcberwiegen. \u00c4hnlich ist der Fall bei Windr\u00e4dern. W\u00e4hrend bei niedriger Rotationszahl die mechanischen Bauteile einen Gro\u00dfteil der Ger\u00e4usche produzieren, sind bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten die Rotorbl\u00e4tter urs\u00e4chlich.<\/p>\n<p>Um das NVH-Verhalten zu verbessern, ist es ma\u00dfgeblich, dass man schon bei der Entwicklung etwaige Quellen identifiziert und eliminiert. Die Passform von Bauteilen sollte m\u00f6glichst genau sein aber Einzelteile sollen nicht aneinander reiben. Karosserie oder Rotorbl\u00e4tter erzeugen weniger Schwingungen, wenn sie aerodynamisch designt wurden. Die Verwendung von Materialien mit hoher Schallabsorption (wie z.B. mit Fasern verst\u00e4rkter Kunststoff) k\u00f6nnen weiter Abhilfe schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Ganz allgemein m\u00fcssen aber auch psychische Faktoren ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. So st\u00f6rt es die wenigsten Personen, wenn das Auto bei einer Vollbremsung quietscht. Auch haben Windr\u00e4der in der N\u00e4he von Wanderwegen einen h\u00f6heren Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch, als wenn sie auf abgelegenen Fl\u00e4chen stehen. Das Problem hierbei ist, dass sich das Schwingungsverhalten von Bauteilen je nach Einsatzzweck deutlich unterscheiden kann. Somit muss die Messung immer unter den exakt selben Bedingungen durchgef\u00fchrt werden. In der Praxis ist dies manchmal nur an speziellen Pr\u00fcfst\u00e4nden m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Messung von Vibrationen und Ger\u00e4uschen sind drei Komponenten wichtig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensoren zur Erfassung der Signale (unter anderem Druck-, Ger\u00e4usch-, Beschleunigungs- oder Vibrationssensoren)<\/li>\n<li>Datenerfassungssystem zur Aufzeichnung von Sensordaten.<\/li>\n<li>System zur Datenanalyse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aufgrund der vielen Einflussfaktoren in der NVH-Analyse ist es n\u00f6tig, dass alle drei Komponenten pr\u00e4zise und verl\u00e4sslich arbeiten.
