Das analoge Signal kann z. B. ein von einem Mikrofon aufgenommener Ton, in eine Digitalkamera einfallendes Licht sowie ein analoges Spannungs- oder Stromsignal sein. Die folgenden Abschnitte erkl\u00e4ren das Funktionsprinzip eines A\/D-Wandlers und veranschaulichen die A\/D-Wandlung bei DEWETRON.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Was bedeuten die Begriffe \u201canalog\u201d und \u201cdigital\u201d?<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Die Begriffe &#8220;analog&#8221; und &#8220;digital&#8221; beziehen sich auf die Art der Darstellung des Signals. W\u00e4hrend ein analoges Signal den Verlauf einer kontinuierlichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe \u00fcber die Zeit beschreibt, ist ein digitales Signal ein diskretes Signal, das die Information in bin\u00e4rer Form (gespeichert in Form von Einsen und Nullen) \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt. Da digitale elektronische Ger\u00e4te (z. B. Mikrocontroller) keine analogen Signale verarbeiten k\u00f6nnen, finden A\/D-Wandler Verwendung, um unsere analoge Welt in digitale Werte zu \u00fcbersetzen.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-22106 size-full\" title=\"ADC Scheme-Blogpost\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dewetron.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ADC-Scheme-Blogpost-1.jpg\" alt=\"A\/D Wandler Prinzip\" width=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Abbildung 1: Schematische Darstellung der A\/D-Wandlung<\/em><\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>Der Prozess hinter der A\/D-Wandlung<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, wandelt der A\/D-Wandler ein analoges Eingangssignal (in der Messtechnik meist Spannungen) in eine digitale Form um. Dabei besteht die Wandlung im Wesentlichen aus drei Schritten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abtastung \u2013 Zeitdiskretisierung<\/li>\n<li>Quantisierung \u2013 Wertdiskretisierung<\/li>\n<li>Kodierung \u2013 Wertzuordnung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Abtastung<\/h4>\n<p>Ein Sample ist ein Wert zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt. Das Abtastverfahren bestimmt die maximale Bandbreite des abgetasteten Signals nach dem Nyquist-Abtasttheorem. Diese Theorie besagt, dass die Abtastfrequenz (die Anzahl der in einer Sekunde erhaltenen Samples &#8211; gemessen in S\/s oder Hz) mindestens doppelt so gro\u00df sein muss wie die maximal m\u00f6gliche Signalfrequenz, um das Signal rekonstruieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Folglich wird die Verarbeitung eines Signals mit einer h\u00f6heren Abtastrate als Nyquist als &#8220;Oversampling&#8221; bezeichnet.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Quantisierung<\/h4>\n<p>Quantisierung bezieht sich auf den Prozess, durch den die kontinuierlichen Amplitudenwerte durch eine begrenzte Menge diskreter Werte dargestellt werden. Um das Signal zu quantisieren, wird ein digitaler Wert der Amplitude gew\u00e4hlt, der der urspr\u00fcnglichen analogen Amplitude am n\u00e4chsten kommt. Diese Rundung f\u00fchrt zu einem Fehler, der nicht r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig gemacht werden kann und als Quantisierungsfehler bezeichnet wird.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Kodierung<\/h4>\n<p>Kodieren bedeutet, dem ermittelten Quantisierungsintervall einen Code zuzuordnen.<\/p>\n<p>Es existieren mehrere verschiedene A\/D-Wandlertypen mit unterschiedlicher Architektur, aber \u00e4hnlichem Funktionsprinzip. Die g\u00e4ngigsten Wandlertypen sind der Delta-Sigma-Wandler, der SAR-Wandler (Sukzessives Approximationsregister) und der Flash-Wandler.<\/p>\n\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-columns margin-bottom-small\n      \">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n              <div class=\"col-12\">\n          <h2>A\/D-Wandler @ DEWETRON<\/h2>\n          <div class=\"content-size-normal\">\n            <p>DEWETRON verwendet sowohl den Delta-Sigma-Wandler als auch den SAR-Wandler. Dabei unterscheiden wir vier verschiedene Systemarchitekturen f\u00fcr die folgenden Serien unserer Signalkonditionierungsmodule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TRION-2402 Serie<\/li>\n<li>TRION(3)-18xx-MULTI Serie<\/li>\n<li>TRION3-18xx-POWER Serie<\/li>\n<li>TRION-16xx\/18xx Serie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>A\/D-Wandlung der TRION-2402 Serie<\/h4>\n<p>Jedes Modul der TRION-2402-Serie verwendet bis zu 8 Delta-Sigma-A\/D-Wandler. Wenn Sie mit einer Datenrate von 102,4 kS\/s abtasten, tastet der ADC das Eingangssignal tats\u00e4chlich mit 13,1072 MS\/s ab (multiplizieren Sie die Datenrate mit 128) und erzeugt Abtastwerte von 1 Bit, die dem digitalen Filter zugef\u00fchrt werden. Dann erweitert das Filter die Daten auf 24 Bit und weist Signalanteile gr\u00f6\u00dfer als 51,2 kHz (Nyquist-Frequenz) zur\u00fcck. Dies erm\u00f6glicht daher die Messung einer Signalbandbreite von bis zu 2 MHz mit sehr geringem Rauschen und hervorragender Genauigkeit. Durch die Verwendung von frequenzkompensierten Analogverst\u00e4rkern kann die TRION(3)-18xx-MULTI-Serie zudem die Phasenverschiebung zwischen den Kan\u00e4len sehr gering halten. Der Kanal-zu-Kanal-Phasenfehler innerhalb einer Karte liegt typischerweise unter 5 ns. Dies erm\u00f6glicht die Messung einer Signalbandbreite von bis zu 1 MHz mit sehr geringem Rauschen und ausgezeichneter Genauigkeit. Durch die Verwendung von frequenzkompensierten Analogverst\u00e4rkern kann die TRION-1620-Serie die Phasenverschiebung zwischen den Kan\u00e4len sehr gering halten. Der Kanal-zu-Kanal-Phasenfehler innerhalb einer Karte liegt typischerweise unter 20 ns.
