Wenn sie au\u00dfer Betrieb sind, kann das weitreichende Folgen haben. Viele Probleme, die mit rotierenden Maschinen einhergehen, r\u00fchren von der Anwesenheit von Rotationsschwingungen. Deshalb haben wir einen unserer Experten bei DEWETRON &#8211; Christian Gether &#8211; gebeten, den Ursprung von Rotationsschwingungen zu erkl\u00e4ren. Au\u00dferdem hat er sich dazu bereit erkl\u00e4rt, auf die Analyse einzugehen und er hat sogar ein Video f\u00fcr Sie vorbereitet.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Ein Interview zu Rotationsschwingungen mit Christian Gether<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Was ist eine Rotationsschwingung?<\/strong><br \/>\nIch m\u00f6chte die Rotationsschwingung anhand eines Anwendungsbeispiels erkl\u00e4ren. Denken wir z.B. an ein Auto mit einem Vierzylindermotor. Diese Zylinder werden in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge gez\u00fcndet. Folglich wird das Drehmoment auf zwei Umdrehungen der Antriebswelle verteilt. Infolgedessen weichen die Umdrehungen pro Minute [U \/ min] bei jeder Umdrehung dieser bestimmten Antriebswelle ab. Dieses Ph\u00e4nomen bezeichnen wir als Rotationsschwingung.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir diese Art von Schwingungen messen?<\/strong><br \/>\nUm das zuvor erkl\u00e4rte Ph\u00e4nomen zu messen, ben\u00f6tigen wir spezielle Hardware. Aufgrund der Art des Problems m\u00fcssen die Sensoren in der Lage sein, mindestens mehrere Impulse pro Umdrehung zu erfassen. Ein Tachosensor zum Beispiel erf\u00fcllt diese Anforderung nicht, da dieser typischerweise nur einen Puls pro Umdrehung erfasst. Folglich w\u00fcrde das Ergebnis keine Abweichung, sondern nur die durchschnittliche Umdrehungszahl anzeigen.<\/p>\n<p>DEWETRON bietet verschiedene Sensoren f\u00fcr diese Messaufgabe an, wie z.B. CDM, CDM+TRIG und Encoder.
