DEWE-2520 Overview
The DEWE-2520 is the follow-on to our enormously successful DEWE-2010, the original Dewetron PC instrument! Like the DEWE-2010, the DEWE-2520 is a rugged, all-metal PC-based instrument with high quality plug-in signal conditioning, one or more internal A/D cards, and great software. It's a regular computer running Windows XP, so you can load whatever software you like. It has a DVD-CD-RW drive as standard, so you can burn gigabytes of data to inexpensive media in minutes. Or use the standard Ethernet or USB 2.0 interfaces to transfer data to another computer. |
The DEWE-2010 series is available in three basic models, as follows:
- DEWE-2010 - 16 slots for DAQ/PAD modules, for up to 16 dynamic input channels
- DEWE-2011 - up to four MDAQ modules on the rear panel, for a total of 64 dynamic input channels
- DEWE-2012 - up to 16 slots for DAQ/PAD modules and one MDAQ module on the rear panel, for 32 dynamic input channels
Goes Anywhere - on battery, AC, or DC power!
The DEWE-2520 features our unique SideHAND™ power system, meaning that it can run for about 2 hours without any external power connected! And it recharges automatically whenever you plug it in to AC or DC power. The DEWE-2520 is available in several useful configurations, as you will see in the basic specs section.

Calibration Recommendation
The recommended calibration cycle on most Dewetron products is 12 months. Products which are used only in laboratory conditions may be eligible for a 24-month calibration cycle. But please plan for calibration in accordance with your own corporate or governmental requirements and/or regulations. Dewetron has certified calibration facilities in:
In Europe we calibrate according to ISO standards. In the USA we calibrate according to NIST standards. For customers who prefer to perform their own calibrations, there is a CAL-KIT available for purchase. Please contact your local Dewetron office to discuss your calibration options. |
