Battery-powered Lunchbox IPC!
Now you can have your lunch ... and it's self-powered! The DEWE-2528 is a lunchbox style IPC (industrial PC) like the DEWE-2010, however it is powered for hours from its own internal hot-swappable batteries! This is a unique IPC - imagine an industrial computer with 5 x PCI slots, which is built for the road, and yet is self-powered for hours at a time!
The DEWE-2528 is the follow-on to our enormously successful DEWE-2010, the original Dewetron PC instrument! Like the DEWE-2018, the DEWE-2528 is a rugged, all-metal PC-based instrument with high quality plug-in signal conditioning, one or more internal A/D cards, and great software. It's a regular computer running Windows XP, so you can load whatever software you like. It has a DVD-CD-RW drive as standard, so you can burn gigabytes of data to inexpensive media in minutes. Or use the standard Ethernet or USB 2.0 interfaces to transfer data to another computer.

The DEWE-2528 has multiple PCI slots, so you can add your own cards and turn it into the instrument that you need. For portable applications, nothing is more well-suited than the DEWE-2528, because it features our unique SideHAND(TM) power system, meaning that it can run for a long time without any external power connected (batteries are recharged automatically when you connect the system to external power).
