Quality is not something that you merely talk about, or "add on" later -- it has to be part of the process of doing business, from concept to finished product. That's the Total Quality Management way -- and that's the DEWETRON way!

DEWETRON is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified with rigorous quality procedures and documentation of every aspect of our business. Our systems cover a wide range of meeting specifications and norms (EMI, CE, etc) and each of our components and systems come with calibration certificates.

Process management

Our commitment to Total Quality Management is based on the understanding of what is important for the success of our customers.It starts with the definition of the technical specification, covers the development, production, quality control, shipment, and ends with support and service of our systems during operation.

We have established a Quality Management framework that defines processes and assures the proper execution. It incorporates the responsibility of our employees and enables efficient execution across all parts of our global organization.

Product qualification

We take quality very seriously! That is why we have our own environmental test facilities in our building in Austria, where all DEWETRON products are tested repeatedly at several stages. Prototypes are tested for EMC, EMI, RFI, temperature extremes, shock and vibration. This helps us identify and correct problems before we start production. Each revision is tested until the DEWETRON quality standards are met. In addition if traceability is required we use certified labs for even more robust and compliance testing.

Calibration at DEWETRON

What is our standard?

All DEWETRON systems are shipped with a certificate of compliance with our published standards. Of course, each system is calibrated at our factory before it is shipped, although the calibration certificates are not normally provided unless they are ordered.

Calibration labs

DEWETRON maintains two top-notch calibration facilities with the same equipment: one at our worldwide headquarters in Austria, and another one at DEWETRON USA in Rhode Island. Our cal lab is based on the Fluke 5500 series calibrators, and we run the METCAL calibration system, which allows us to automate nearly every process.
