All manufacturers (OEM, system supplier, component supplier) must validate the specified functionality of each component and system. Quality and life-span robustness is important to meet customer expectations. In safety relevant applications product qualification (ISO 26262) is regulated by government. And not to forget the overall cost savings of optimized design and material usage is important for competition.
 
To validate the compliance of characteristics under multiple stress conditions like mechanical, thermal and /or electrical load, a wide range of test benches are used.

DEWETRON invented a building block concept for data acquisition systems and solutions. For any sensor and any analog signal there is an isolated or differential signal conditioner. To digitize the conditioned signals a complete series of ORION A/D cards is available. The software is also designed according the building block model and thus is configurable according your needs (recorder, digital meter, scope, FFT analyzer, order tracking, frequency response function, sound level or human body vibration).
 
Most of the building blocks can be easily integrated or combined with existing test benches or software applications e.g. LabView, FlexPro, DASYlab.
